Eligibility:
Finesse Health services are available exclusively to Connecticut residents aged 18 and older. You must have a valid Connecticut address and reside in Connecticut at the time of service.
Telehealth Services:
We provide telehealth consultations, prescriptions, and health optimization services via secure video and asynchronous communication. All services are provided by Connecticut-licensed physicians.
Membership Terms:
- Monthly Subscription: Membership tiers (Foundation, Amplify, Elite, Pinnacle) are billed monthly
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime with 30-day notice; no refunds for current month
- Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing and services with 30-day notice
- Satisfaction Guarantee: 30-day money-back guarantee for first month
Payment:
All fees must be paid via credit card or approved payment methods. We do not accept insurance. Connecticut sales tax may apply.

Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by Connecticut law. Any disputes must be resolved in Connecticut courts.
